Filmease may collect account information, professional listing details, contact preferences, representative information, biographies, locations, credits, portfolio links, and messages you send to us.
How information is used
We use this information to operate accounts, review and publish listings, provide directory search, respond to requests, prevent abuse, and improve FilmEase. Contact information is displayed publicly only according to the listing’s selected visibility settings.
Service providers and storage
Account and listing data is processed using Supabase. Website files are hosted through GoDaddy. These providers may process technical information needed to deliver and secure their services under their respective terms.
Browser storage and country selection
Filmease uses local browser storage for saved calculator values, draft listing information, language preferences, interface settings, and the visitor’s selected country. On a first visit, the site may use the country portion of the browser’s language setting to choose the opening directory. Filmease does not collect precise coordinates for this feature, and the saved country preference remains in the visitor’s browser. Current Filmease pages do not use third-party advertising or analytics cookies.
Public listings and outside links
Information deliberately published in a directory listing is public. Links to IMDb, portfolios, websites, film offices, and other services lead to sites governed by their own privacy practices.
Your choices
You may update eligible profile fields through your account and request correction or deletion by emailing info@filmease.com. Browser preferences and drafts can be removed by clearing site data in the browser. We may retain limited records when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.

Material changes will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date.
